My name is Anila Thekkan and I was born and raised in Germany — the daughter of a nurse who migrated from Kerala to Germany in 1974.
I saw firsthand what it takes to not only work, but truly thrive in the German healthcare system. My mother started as a trainee nurse and became a respected ward manager (Stationsleitung).
I built my own career here too — from my school education and university studies to my work in both German and international environments.
Today, I carry that legacy forward — by helping others from Kerala take the same path, but with more clarity, support, and confidence.
Our family roots are in Chellakara, Thrissur — and the name Anila Thekkan has stood for trust, dedication, and professionalism since 1980.

I do not work with any agents or dealers who charge money from you. I am fully independent — no one else is authorized to collect any payment on my behalf. I do not accept cash payments — only secure and traceable methods.
TRANSPARENCY
All job offers come directly from official hospitals, with clear contracts and documented steps. Every cost and process step will be explained and confirmed in writing, so you always know what to expect. Costs are those required by official authorities — such as language exams, visa applications, attested copies, and recognition (Anerkennung) fees. In most cases, these fees are covered or reimbursed by your future employer in Germany, depending on your individual agreement.
